It is so true, your point about recommending that people research who they’re giving to, and making sure that their money will be used in the service they want it to be used for. I also see value in sharing about the organization you give to in order to give them some free advertising. I recommend people research charitable organizations really well so they know they are giving to a worthy cause and the money will empower people, not make them dependent. Microfinance organizations, e.g. (Grameen Bank types), are excellent. Rebecca,
